Valley Isle Kombucha

Valley Isle Kombucha Co. was founded in 2013 in Lahaina, Maui. Since the beginning, our passion has been producing premium quality kombucha using local Maui ingredients. Our product line now includes more than a dozen exceptional kombucha flavors.

With ongoing sales to over 50 clients, including Whole Foods, Times Market, Safeway and many resort locations across the Hawaiian Islands, our operation has expanded into a new Lahaina facility. This includes our tasting room, Alchemy Maui, where you can sample all our newest flavors.

Despite rapid growth, Valley Isle Kombucha remains true to its origins—delicious kombucha, handcrafted in small batches using locally-sourced ingredients grown here in Hawaii.
