Hatch and Anthony Serpico opened in the Jersey shores in 1994 and continues here on Maui with the same authentic Italian cuisine! Serpico’s history in Italian recipes go back to Italy and continues on with the traditions of a real “Pizzeria”. Our Maui location is in tune with having the same theme and feel of our Pizzeria in New Jersey. Our traditional homemade Italian recipes have been in our family for generations!
